Prior to academia, Amitav worked in strategic consulting and has advised Fortune 500 companies on brand strategy and customer engagement.

Marija is an ex-McKinsey consultant and sought-after independent advisor specialising in business transformation and operational excellence. She has led scaling initiatives for global organisations, with particular expertise in life sciences and pharmaceutical industries. Marija has guided companies through complex operational transformations, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and growth. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and has over a decade of experience optimising business operations across multiple sectors.

Angelina is a former global banks investment banker with over 15 years of experience in creating sophisticated financing solutions and managing multimillion-dollar strategic global markets operations. She has led cross-border teams and structured complex financial transactions for institutional, corporate and sovereign clients across multiple markets. Angelina brings deep expertise in capital markets, strategic finance, and international business development and scaling. She holds advanced degrees in finance & entrepreneurship and is completing an Executive MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She has successfully developed and managed large-scale client relationships and market expansion initiatives.
