Amitav is a Professor of Marketing at the London School of Economics, previously at NYU, who has spent his career answering questions like "Why do some brands endure while others fade?" An expert in consumer behaviour, digital platforms, and the mechanics of engagement and retention, he has published research in leading academic journals and advised Fortune 500 companies on brand and customer strategy. At Metfluence, he turned that science into the firm's engine: the proprietary models that identify high-potential creators and drive how each brand grows, holds attention, earns trust and monetises.
Marija is a former McKinsey consultant who has spent the past decade as an independent advisor guiding global organisations through complex transformations, with deep experience in life sciences and pharmaceuticals. Her craft is building operations that scale without breaking: the systems, processes and teams that let a business grow tenfold without losing what made it work. At Metfluence, she builds exactly that for creators, so that the person behind the brand can focus on creating knowledge while the machinery of production, distribution and growth runs reliably behind them. She holds an MBA from INSEAD.
Angelina Chakravarti

Angelina spent fifteen years in global investment banking building what didn't exist: new markets across CEEMEA, sales and derivatives businesses grown from scratch into multimillion-dollar revenue lines, and cross-border teams serving institutional, corporate and sovereign clients. She sees edu-creators as valuable assets whose brand and knowledge value compounds, and whose growth can be financed and accelerated with the right partner behind them. At Metfluence, she brings that lens to platform algorithms, audience growth, monetisation and AI licensing. She is completing her MBA at Chicago Booth.
